The twins of Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka reached their 14th birthday.
Through social media the couple presented their love and pride toward their children using their warm parenting strategies.
Harris shared a heartwarming message about his children through Instagram on October 12 to show his proud feelings about their development.
Harper together with Gideon celebrates their 14th birthday. Nothing in life could surpass my deep pride in this moment and I predict this feeling will fade away.
He continued to say that his husband David and himself are amazed by their children’s maturity because they find their warmth and charm delightful. We love them both unconditionally.”
Harris stated he keeps these true sentiments hidden from his kids to prevent them from exploiting them.
He refuses to tell them these things because obvious reasons prevent him from doing so. The lack of an Instagram account lets me express my thoughts sincerely. They’ll never find out. Happy Birthday, Harper and Gideon. You’re both amazeballs.”
Through black-and-white photos David Burtka paid tribute to their family while expressing his love for their children.
Through his caption he showed great respect for their children by praising them as “the best humans” while looking forward to their future.
Surrogacy gave Harris and Burtka two twins in 2010 and the couple has always shared their childbearing story with the public.
